Sewing Classes are for complete beginners through to experienced sewers.   
Learn at your level.   Come for company as well as learning.  You can come for one or both.

2020 Class structure below to give you an idea. 
Full 2021 details up by Monday 18.
  1. Sewing Classes fees are to be paid a term in advance. 
  2. Second term finishes April 9. 
  3. Third term runs from Monday 19 July - Friday 25 September.
  4. Forth term runs from Monday 12 October - Friday 18 December
If you start part way through a term we will adjust class fees accordingly.

Class Structure

  • We are here to guide you on your sewing journey with projects that you have chosen to do.  We will also have some  projects to get you going if you are stuck for ideas or are a complete beginner.  Beginners are most welcome. 
  • To the right you'll see one of our recent projects.   We will also be developing a separate class projects page.
  • Class sizes will be limited to 15 so that we can ensure there is enough time to give the one on one attention for those more tricky sewing challenges.  
  • On occasions we may have one off classes where we spend an evening or a whole weekend challenging ourselves to learn something new and fun together.
  • All classes are priced for by the hour.  There are DAY and EVENING classes.
  • Classes will be paid term by term in advance. 

What should you bring?

Please bring your own sewing projects, machine and kit.  Cutting boards, cutters and rulers provided.

Don't have a sewing machine?

  • We have a couple of sewing machines that we are happy to let you use if you don't have one available.  There will be a small charge for this as they  we will need to keep up with maintenance etc.
