WHO IS SOPHIE STANDING?

Sophie Standing is a British born artist based in the Seychelles.  The artwork you'll see on her website is a reflection of the 15 years she has lived in Africa.  Sophie combines applique and free motion embroidery to make her masterpieces.  You have to see them to believe them.

We are so excited Sophie is coming to Invercargill.  Sophie came to NZ last year and took 4 classes but only got as far as Wellington. 
The classes were so popular that she has said yes to coming back.  And she's coming to INVERCARGILL!  Her class will have a NZ theme.

This is a once in a life time experience for some.  Take your sewing into the next dimension. Create your very own exquisite piece of Art.  ​
